Genesis Rodriguez
Genesis Rodriguez was conceived in
Miami, Florida. She is the daughter of Jose Luis 'El Puma' Rodriguez the famous
Venezuelan singer and actor as well as Carolina Perez, a Cuban model. She has
two half-sisters. She was a student at the Carrolton School of the Sacred
Heart, Miami. From the age of a child, Rodriguez knew she wanted to act and
attended summer classes at the renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film
Institute as well as getting into other acting classes. Her career was quickly
successful, and she gained roles in Spanish language programs like Prisionera
(2004) as well as Dame Chocolate (2007). She also played Sarah in the popular
TV show "Entourage" (2004). Man on a Ledge (2012) was her first film.
What to Expect when You Expect (2012) is her second. Daughter of Jose Luis 'El
Puma' Rodriguez. Half-sister of Liliana Rodriguez and Lilibeth Morillo. In the
The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (January 9, episode of 2013) she stated
her name as Genesis named after the British rock band Genesis. She is of
Venezuelan and Cuban ancestral roots. Being by the ocean is a wonderful thing.
If the acting doesn't go as planned I'd be happy to put my resume on NBA.com.
I'm a huge basketball fan . . . I'll talk about all kinds of trash. I believe
I'm representing an era of Latinos who are bilingual and multicultural. I'm
aware that can't eat anything I like or even look at what I like. I must work
to get it. Pilates as well as my parents' great genes are to thank. It's one of
the best bonding experiences that you could have. I enjoy people who take
risks. People who are willing to take risks on the carpet are my favorites.
Charlize Thon is my top choice. I find her elegant and sophisticated too. I
love Zoe Saldana.
